Statement of Typical Participant Earnings

The primary source of income for a typical participant in the Silpada Designs Canada Business Compensation Plan is from direct profit on personal sales. In addition, Silpada offers Override Commissions on sales of Silpada products by Representatives sponsored by plan participants. Personal earnings will vary. A typical participant is a person at the rank of Representative and who has been a participant in the Business Compensation Plan for a period of at least 12 months. A typical participant during the 2010 calendar year earned between $1 and $6,000 in Override Commissions annually.

Other participants in the plan earned Override Commissions in the following ranges:
